Fat transfer after explant - would it look good and feel soft?

The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.

fat transfer breast augmentation is a viable alternative for women who desire larger breasts without the use of implants. Fat transfer is also widely used in reconstruction of the breast after a mastectomy or lumpectomy. You should know that fat transfer to the breasts doesn't work nearly as well as you may believe. There's nothing wrong with removing implants or a revision if you have a problem but don't look to fat transfer as a good solution.

Fat is soft, so the transfer should feel soft if no fat necrosis occurs. If you have little breast tissue, a fat transfer may not work since implants have now stretched and thinned your own tissue. Fat is placed in actual breast tissue and not the space of the implant. Your surgeon can examined you and tell you what realistically you may expect. You only gain up to one cup in size with fat per transfer. Small breasts gain less.
