I have asymmetrical breasts as well as maldistribution. I wanted to get a PDO thread breast lift to correct the shape of my breasts thinking that it would solve all issues I had with my breasts but I’ve now noticed that one breast is so much larger than the other that a breast lift would not create an effective illusion for my breasts to look the same size but lipofilling would. Which order would I get the procedures in or can I get them done at the same time?

I don’t think it would be difficult to harvest sufficient amount of fat from your body to do breast fat transfer.
The fact can be harvested from your torso, your arms your thighs or a combination.
It’s very rare that someone has such a little BMI that fat cannot be harvested anywhere.

If you have limited donor fat, then place the fat where you want the most first. Implants are a good option for breasts and do give more stable volume than fat long term. also, a fat transfer usually only goes up to one cup increase in size. If you want more, go with implants. I would suggest...
The fat should be able to help with dimples, even if scar tissue is present. Your surgeon can release the scar tissue before adding fat. You also might consider adding a little more volume to your breasts with fat at the same time.
