Can I get a PDO Thread, Breast Lift, and Lipofilling at the same time?

Question

I have asymmetrical breasts as well as maldistribution. I wanted to get a PDO thread breast lift to correct the shape of my breasts thinking that it would solve all issues I had with my breasts but I’ve now noticed that one breast is so much larger than the other that a breast lift would not create an effective illusion for my breasts to look the same size but lipofilling would. Which order would I get the procedures in or can I get them done at the same time?

Fat transfer and pdo threads are terrible options. You would be better off not even having surgery than those procedures. Some surgeons may sell those to you  but then they either don't have photos or their results are poor. Easy to look stuff like that up online. Don't waste your money. If you need a lift get a real luft. If you need volume get an implant. If you're uncomfortable with silicone, there's always saline

I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others.

"Maldistribution" is not a medical term used for breasts. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured and examined, and discussing your options for lift, reduction, or implants. The thread lift will probably not work well in reshaping your breasts.  If a fat transfer is done, it is usually done after the lifting has healed.

I suggest posting pictures if you want us to give you recommendations and make any kind of assessment.

Your proposed plan does not sound like a typical way to address breast shape and asymmetry issues.

I suggest consulting with several local board-certified plastic surgeons who have extensive experience with Aesthetic breast surgery.

Consider following recommendations of what the majority of plastic surgeons tell you will work best.
