Should I be concerned that my belly is jiggly after 2 weeks from my cool sculpting ? The swelling seems to have gone down but when I run it feels gross, like I'm sloshing around and I have to stop. The pain is finally gone, still have mild numbness but my belly looks like the fat folds over my jeans now. Should I be concerned of the "jiggle"
Answer: A jiggly belly 2 weeks after CoolSculpting® is probably no cause for concern. What you are describing is normal, as the results of CoolSculpting® can take several weeks to develop and the full effect may not be visible until 3 to 4 months after your treatment. You are still in the early stages of healing and many people continue to experience swelling at this point in the process. As the fat cells break down, your belly may still feel loose or jiggly but this will likely improve over time as the treated fat is naturally eliminated from your body. If it does not, or you have additional concerns, contact your CoolSculpting® Technician.

Answer: The Best CoolSculpting Results Swelling is a part of the CoolSculpting process and this may be the cause of what you are describing as jiggly. The cooling process causes inflammation and this reaction is what helps the body get rid of unwanted fat cells. Some patients have noticed wearing a compression garment in the treated area helps with the discomfort. Additionally, Numbness is also common and may last 6-8 weeks. You can always follow up with your provider if you have any further concerns. However, starting at 2 months you should begin to notice your results! My best, Dr. Rajani

Answer: Coolsculpting Side Effects and Improving Results with Radiofrequency, Thermage, Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra Yes, this is fairly typical after Coolsculpting as sensation returns. Keep in mind, it can take up to 3 months to get your final results with Coolsculpting. For best results with Coolsculpting, I recommend adding a combination of radiofrequency treatments like Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra for skin tightening and with Z wave/Cellutone for skin smoothing. In our practice, we use a Fire and Ice treatment of Coolsculpting with Vanquish and are getting great results. VASER with ThermiRF are a great alternative. See an expert for a formal evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: What you are experiencing is completely normal. Thank you for your question. What you are experiencing is completely normal. Even though some of your swelling may have subsided, numbness can last longer. If you still have concerns 30 days after treatment then please follow up with your treating physician. At this point you can also have another treatment in the same area should you need to. It can take 3 months to see your final results. Best of Luck!
