BodyTite causing scar tissue buildup under the skin! What can I do to fix this? (Photo)

Question

I had body tight done 3 times and each time my belly button got worse and worse and this tissue build up started. I need help or put in the right direction.

If it truly is buildup with scar tissue, it should be firm. If this is the case, a few injections of Kenalog and 5-FU should resolve the problem. If it’s residual fat, it needs to be handled with Vaser liposuction in that specific area. I would need to examine it in person to determine, but this can be treated with a likely good result

The treatment plan depends on how long it’s been since you’ve had your procedure. External ultrasound treatments are very helpful in breaking up the edema as well as the scar tissue buildup. Kenalog injections can also help. But you still need to be evaluated in person by Plastic Surgeon with a great deal of experience in liposuction procedures. Sorry to hear about your issue.   Most commonly, Bodytite is done along with liposuction.  Did you have liposuction?   It looks to me like more of a liposuction contouring issue than scar tissue from Bodytite.   What I would recommend is touch up liposuction.  What I would do is to remove the remaining fat below your belly button, (that little V of fat).   You have a visible 6-pack.  The fat on either side of your belly button is actually overlying your lower 2 6-pack muscles.   I would contour this a little but not remove it.   I do not see any signs of scar contracture from the Bodytite procedures.
