Second round of BodyTite possible? (Photo)

Hello; Your skin quality is pretty bad. There are fine wrinkles on the skin surface; which is caused by your previous stretch marks. A full tummy tuck; is not possible. Because, there is no enough looseness; in your upper abdominal skin. With a mini tummy tuck; the looseness in the lower abdomen; can be reduced; however, it will not be possible to supply for significant improvement; in the upper abdominal area. It will not be possible to provide more tightening with Bodytite and Renuvion J Plasma methods. According to my point of view, the best suggestion for you is; to have PLA (Sculptra, Lanluma) injections, under the skin; in the abdominal area; at 1-1.5 month intervals; 4-5 sessions. PLA injections provide for collagen increase; in the subcutaneous tissue; both tightening and in fields with depression; making the surface smoother.

You can have a second round of BodyTite but make sure you discuss what you are expecting in terms of results. You still may have skin irregularities with tightening. You can also consider Morpheus8 treatments to improve overall skin tone and texture. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Our practice has done more bodytite and Renuvion cases overall than any other practice in North America. In fact can get resolved with a second treatment, but I’ve not seen any improvement after that. To get the best result without cutting any skin I would combine that with a topical Morpheus8 treatment at the same time and continue a few of those Morpheus treatments afterwards. But overall, if you want the best result at least considering a mini tuck would truly get the job done.
