BodyTite + fat transfer?

Question

I know bodytite can be done on small slightly droppy breasts to help lift and tighten the skin, but I was wondering if I can add breast fat transfer to help fill out my breasts more. Can this be done? Would i need to wear compresion garment on breasts? Should I do bodytite first to help skin contract and then do the fat transfer?

With loose skin, there are three things you can do with it. Fill it up (fat transfer, implants), you can use skin tightening technologies to heat/burn the skin to induce contraction (BodyTite, Renuvion, Moprpheus 8), or you can cut it out (breast lift). Fat transfer to the breast is a great way to add volume if patients are looking for a subtle improvement. Keep in mind, you will only be able to transfer about 300cc of fat to each breast. Only half of that fat is likely to live. So many patients need more than one fat transfer to feel like they get enough volume. No compression is needed after a fat transfer. You can actually do the transfer and BodyTite in the same surgery!

Bodytite should never be used in the breast because it will result in absolutely no tightening whatsoever, but you will wind up losing more fat, more volume and droopier breasts as a result. Fat grafting on the other hand, if indicated, will give you more volume, more fullness, and may in fact give you a significant breast lift. I would recommend that you visit a plastic surgeon near you who specializes in fat grafting procedures. We have been performing grafting to the Breast for nearly 30 years with almost 100% of fat graft take. Submitting photograph of your breast would have been very, very helpful.
