I got lipo 360 with a bbl in January of this year. My skin tends to be lax for my age. I really want to tighten my abdomen, and one surgeon recommended a tummy tuck as my best option. I’ve done Morpheus 8 in the past with minimal results in a different area of my body, so maybe I’m not a good candidate for less invasive procedures. I really want the band of skin above my belly button to resolve. Thoughts and suggestions are appreciated!
Answer: BodyTite or reverse tummy tuck? From the submitted photo and description of your goals you would have the best result from a standard tummy tuck. A reverse tuck will not address the full abdomen, leaving you with wanting more correction. For a complete result that would best address your concerns a standard tummy tuck would be the right recommendation.

Answer: BodyTite A tummy tuck will always give you a home run result but with tummy tucks comes down time. Typically, 6-8 weeks. Given the picture you gave us, you'd be a great candidate for Body Tite. Body tight is a minimally invasive procedure that uses radio frequency to tighten and firm the skin along with liposuction to remove fat deposits. This procedure will only require you to wear a compression garment for 2 days following treatment and then at night for 2 weeks along with no working out or heavy lifting for 2 weeks. I hope this helps you with your decision

Answer: Simple, Yet High Level Thinking Required This is a simple problem that requires high-level thinking, technique, and experience. When trying to avoid flap based surgery there really only are a few things that you can do but they can be powerful in combination. Let me first say that I highly do NOT recommend the reverse tummy tuck. The results are very inconsistent and tend to relax in just a few years and can also blunt the inframammry fold of the breast. This is why they’ve never become popular. Instead I would recommend mild to moderate definition of your abdomen with lipo sculpting in the grooves around the muscles. This will increase the surface area of the skin allowing some of the excess to fold down in between the muscles. In addition, I would use the renuvion device for the skin tightening in the deep structures and Sandwhich that with the Morpheus skin tightening above. You can use the Morpheus on a much stronger setting when you’re asleep because you’ll be able to tolerate the discomfort unlike awake in a MedSpa.

Answer: Analysis and Different Options Hello; Due to the Liposuction; which is performed 8 months ago; there is looseness and dimpling in your abdomen. I do not think that; the looseness of your upper abdominal skin will allow for a Full Tummy Tuck. Because, the fibrosis; that occurred after the previous Liposuction; will prevent this. You can have two different procedures. First, Vaserlipo applied to your entire abdomen; both surface equalization can be done and then, Renuvion J Plasma or Bodytite can be implemented and skin tightening can be achieved. Secondly, Mini Tummy Tuck can be practiced after Vaserlipo to the abdomen. However, Mini Tummy Tuck is more effective in loosening the lower abdomen. It does not effect for the looseness in the upper abdomen much. Therefore, I recommend for that; Renuvion J Plasma or Bodytite be applied to your upper abdomen.

Answer: How to deal with Abdominal skin looseness First and foremost, you have to understand that there are no procedures which truly tighten the skin. I think you have learned that from your experience with Morpheus. The only procedures that are available in today’s market, address the connective tissue which connects the skin to the underlying muscle. The energy of those devices, shrinks the connective tissue pulling in the skin closer to the body. The best device at this point in time is Renuvion which I have been using since 2015 when it was still experimental. However, since the pictures you provided, do not give enough information about the skin quality, I would urge you to have an in person consultation with a Plastic Surgeon, who has a lot of experience with procedures such as Renuvion and a tummy tuck. Reverse tummy tuck is the procedure that I perform primarily in patients who have had poorly performed liposuction done, especially involving the upper abdominal area creating most of the skin looseness in the upper abdominal area. Again, I would urge you to have a virtual or better yet, an in person consultation. I hope this helps and good luck from Leonard Grossman MD organic plastic surgery in New York City
