Thank you for your question and your pictures. Yes, this can be fixed. Your current picture is consistent with what you describe, that your "implant has fallen towards my stomach." This could be addressed by revising your left breast and recreating a new inframammary fold at a higher position. I would encourage you to seek out a board certified plastic surgeon for a consult.

Your implant is sagging down from the weight. Your lower pocket could be tightened and raise the implant back up to where it should sit. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
