Is Coolifting an effective treatment?

I've been reading about the Coolifting treatment ( I believe it was developed in Spain) in conjunction with a facial. It is a process that sprays carbon dioxide and hyaluronic acid onto your skin. They say it reduces wrinkles and increases luminosity. Has anyone had this treatment? Did it make a difference and were there any negatives?

Thank you for your questions. I have not heard anything about this treatment. However, I usually find that with the "latest and greatest" treatments that promise everything with no surgery, no downtime, no downside........they usually are only good at one thing, taking your money.Your best bet is to have a consultation with a local plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery about your concerns and issues and rely on his or her education, knowledge, and expertise to guide you to what is tried and true and assured to give you the results you want.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Thanks for your question.  I bet you are reading about "Coolifting" from a Coolifting ad.  "The combined cold CO2 gas flow and the proprietary hyaluronate facial solution with mild pressure can be applied around the eyes, forehead, cheeks, brow and zones around the lips."  You are supposed to do 1 per month for 4 months and then they recommend monthly maintenance of 1 per month.It doesn't sound like it is doing anything (except generate money for the provider).  Buyer beware.
