What is the best radio frequency treatment to tighten facial skin?

I’m a 25 year old male, 5’11,135lbs. I used to have a cubby face but I’ve lost 40 pounds over the course of two years. I already have 6 syringes of Voluma in my cheeks( 3 per side injected in 3 sessions over the course of 8 months). My face looks well defined and square, but I still have loose skin. I don’t want to add anymore filler to my face as of now. I want to know what would be the most effective radio frequency skin tightening treatment. The new Lutronic Genius? FORMA facial?..etc.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I have gotten beautiful results with FaceTite which uses radiofrequency  between the fat layer of the face and surface.  Although results do take up to 8-12 months, it is well worth the wait and the procedure can be completed under local anesthesia.
