How long after rhinoplasty & otoplasty should I get jaw/chin implants?

Chin augmentation can be performed with rhinoplasty for a better facial balance. Your healing is well underway. You can have any of the procedures that you mentioned at any time. 

If your recovery is going well from your previous surgery you should be able to do the chin implant anytime.  The anesthesiologist would need to know and be gentle during induction, avoiding pressure on your nose and ears.

Dear valen90, Personally if you were my patient I would have performed the chin augmentation at the time of your rhinoplasty procedure to help balance your profile and overall facial aesthetics. As far as fillers go in the cheek area I  usually wait about four to  six weeks after rhinoplasty for the swelling to dissipate. As long as your revery from the previous surgery has been normal you can have the chin/jowl augmentation done anytime that is convenient.

  Hi, I have performed many chin augmentations and facila shaping procedures using a dermal filler or a chin implant for a permanent enhancement.  Dermal fillers can be used at anytime and at 1 month post Rhinoplasty and Otoplasty, chin augmentation can also be considered.   A weak chin creates an imbalance that makes the nose appear larger,
the lower face short and the mid face appear top heavy.  Chin augmentation,
using a chin implant, will add projection to the chin creating harmony and
balance to the lower face.  I have found placing a silastic chin implant
through a small, curved, incisions under the chin to be very safe, quick,
highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty that requires
bone cuts with placement of screws and metal plates.

Following the beauty principles outlined in my book on face and body beauty, male faces look ruggedly handsome when there is angularity in the cheeks, chin and mandibular angles. In addition to chin augmentation, cheek augmentation with either a dermal filler or cheek implants (for a permanent enhancement) will add angularity to the cheeks. Mandibular angle augmentation with a dermal filler (jaw implants IMHO have too many unwanted side effects) will add volume, angularity and flare to the jaw line.
