I had high profile 300cc saline implants for nearly 10 years and they were spaced too far apart. I went to my surgeon requesting silicone and larger implants and he suggested 500cc, mod plus. I am one day out from surgery and already disappointed in the outcome. Will they end up looking bigger than this after they settle in more? I asked for cleavage and I wanted them to be in the DD range. He told me this was a big implant. My height is 5'5 and I weigh 122. What changes could I expect?
