I think I'm a good candidate for an upper eyelid lift, but what about a brow lift? Would a brow lift add significant benefit to the procedure? And what about a Lower eyelid procedure or would upper alone be sufficient? Thank you kindly for any advice :)

Answer: Bleph I would probably recommend starting with the blepharoplasty alone. You may be very pleased with this result and not have to undergo more complex brow lift procedures.

Answer: Good brow position Your brow position seems to be quite acceptable based on your photos. Looking at the brow position with the eyes closed is actually a good way to see the resting position of your brows. With the eyes open, patients often subconsciously raise their brows to compensate for a droopy eyelid (ptosis) or an eyelid with significant excess skin, so its not quite obvious where the natural position of the brow is. This dynamic is often missed, not only by patients, but surgeons as well. Photos taken from a little more distance and with the eyes open will also give us more information about your lower eyelids.
