Can a brow lift make the eyebrows wider apart instead of just lifting them? (photos)

Since brow lift procedures are generally reserved for those with heavy brows or furrowed lines on the forehead, this is unlikely the correct approach for you. You may appreciate the results that dermal fillers can provide when injected into specific areas of the face.
These hyaluronic acid formulas can add volume where necessary to balance the facial features with results that can last for up to a year or more. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified injector who can discuss your aesthetic goals with you and suggest the best treatment option.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. Based on these photos, it appears that unilateral endoscopic brow lift would be option to consider. Beside lifting lower positioned brow, it will present oportunity to resect glabelar muscles, which will allow eyebrows to move slightly appart. Hello, thank you for your question. The brow lift is great to help treat aging brow depression and opening up the eye. It can change the appearance of the brow slightly but wont be as drastic but can be indicated for your request. Speak to your Plastic Surgeon, for in person consultation.

Hello @corpsie, thank you for your question. Is important to keep in mind that a brow lift do not change the eyebrows' shape, but rather rejuvenate the appearance of the eye. When the skin is tightened in order to alter the shape of the eyebrow, the natural shape of the features can be altered and in the long run, asymmetries may develop as a result. Best wishes!
