My eyebrows have been asymmetrical since I was young. My left eyebrow sits much higher than my right eyebrow. I do have other faical asymmetry as well but this bothers me the most. I have tried botox and I did not get the desired results, what would you recommend?

The periosteum of the brow is stuck down now and even if you removed the endotines now your forehead would not go to its previous position. To do that would require revision surgery.
