How would a surgeon smooth out these very deep lines above the eyes? (circled in black in the photo )in order to get a result like the second pic? Is there a cosmetic way to blurr the lines like photoshop?
Answer: How an injectable treatment may be right for you Thank you for your question and photos. The lines you’re referring to can be addressed with some well-placed filler or perhaps a bit of fat grafting. Restoring lost volume to the sunken areas behind the eyes can make the face appear more youthful while also improving the quality of the skin. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to determine the best procedure to help you achieve your aesthetic goals.

Answer: Non-Surgical Chemical Brow Lift for Eyelid Rejuvenation -- add Ultherapy, Thread Lifting, RF Skin Tightening, Laser Treatments As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Mild lines in periorbital area It is very hard to evaluate your problem baesed on these photos. Your lines do not seem to be too deep? You may consider periorbital chemical peel with TCA as a first step? Seek a consult with a board certified plastic surgeon familiar with this procedure. Good luck.

Answer: Deep Lines parallel to the eyelid margins? I am not sure why you have such a deep eyelid sulcus, did you have any prior surgery? It looks like the medial portion of your levator aponeurosis (part of the muscle that elevates your upper eyelid. has avulvsed from your tarsal plate, the cartilage inside your upper eyelid. Or else someone took out too much fat when they did a blepharoplasty. Regardless of the cause, a good surgeon could repair the levator aponeurosis and/or fill the area with a very small fat graft. You should have a corrugator ressection at the same time to keep the 11's at bay.
