Can I remove endotines to reverse brow lift results? Will my forehead revert to its original size?

Hi I had endoscopic brow lift done with endotines 6 months ago. It made my forehead huge so I was wondering if I have the endotines (that are still present) removed, will my forehead drop down a bit or is it too late and removing them won’t help? Thank you
