Since surgery in 2019 my breasts have dropped and changed shape. How can this be fixed? (Photos)

I got surgery back in 2019. My breast have dropped more than I thought they would in that amount of time. Is that normal? Aside from that my left breast has changed shape. And a lot smaller than my right side. It seems more forward toward the bottom and on the left side of my breast is more firm in one spot but not really hard: but it’s not there on the other side. So much smaller though they use to be perfect. Any ideas ? What kind of surgery would. I be looking at? And would i be able to go larger instead of a lift. My left breast isn’t as round and more of an egg shape?
