Can I fix the waterfall effect without having the scar up to the nipple? (Photos)

I am wanting to maybe change implants because I feel like they have the waterfall effect especially when I am not standing up straight. I actually think my implants never fully dropped and I had them 10 years ago. I am worried that if I replace I will end up with one of those scars from the nipple down and I am not wanting any cutting around my nipple either. What can I do? i don’t want to risk loss of sensation I just want implants replaced with slightly bigger ones using the same underlying breast scar.
