9 months post-op- unsatisfied with my nostrils. Is there anything I can do besides having a revision rhinoplasty?

i’m 9 months post op and still have uneven nostrils, the thing that’s irritating me the most is that the top of my nostrils look like triangles vertex (or the highest 2 points of the letter M) they look very unnatural and unappealing, are they going to get rounder as time goes by? is there anything i can do except for going for a revision rhinoplasty? thanks in advance

Hello. Depending on your goals, you may be a candidate for rhinoplasty. Based on your photo there are a few things that can be done including straightening the dorsum/profile and refining the tip. A chin augmentation is likely not necessary.
