I'm a 15 year old skinny girl and my neck connects straight to my chin its horrible and doesn't match with my body ,i wake up every day look in the mirror and hate it, i am so conscious when even speaking to people because it is so bad and from a side view its discusting I'm not insecure about anything else so its not like I'm just saying it ,it's really effecting me ,so my question is hold old do u have to be to have anything done ?? please help me live my life HAPPY!!
