Please understand that your results are normal and that for the best recovery, you should follow your surgeon's recovery guidelines diligently. A dressing which covers the nose is commonly applied for the first twenty- four hours following
surgery. After the dressing is removed,
ice compresses are applied and should be continued for at least the next two
days. At the end of one week, the last of the dressing is typically
removed. This is done by applying a
special liquid to the dressing, which loosens the tape and allows the bandage
to be removed without any discomfort for the patient.Best wishes,

It appears that your surgeon may have done external osteotomy from the side of nose and that can bleed for a day after the surgery.However if it does not stop,you may get in touch with your surgeon.

Your surgeon may have performed external lateral fractures. This means that instead of using the osteotome through the nostrils, a very small one (generally 2mm wide) has been used piercing through the skin of the nose. This is commonly done, and it would not normally result in visible scars, given the very small size of the incisions required.
