How will I know accutane is working

I really only suffer with acne on my chin, forehead and back. I have been on accutane now since the middle of February, I started at 30mg and have been at 65mg for the past 3 weeks now and my skin is just getting worse. I'm still getting new break outs every day in places I didn't usually get them, is this all normal and why?

Do not despair.  I have two comments about this:1) It is not uncommon to need more than 1 course of Accutane.  A number of factors contribute to the daily dosage, duration of treatment, and decision when to end the course.  Your weight is one of those factors, but not the only one...

Rashes like this around the mouth are usually caused by a change in toothpaste (either you got a new one or the manufacturer changed it.) It's caused most often from fluoride.
