I really only suffer with acne on my chin, forehead and back. I have been on accutane now since the middle of February, I started at 30mg and have been at 65mg for the past 3 weeks now and my skin is just getting worse. I'm still getting new break outs every day in places I didn't usually get them, is this all normal and why?

Do not despair. I have two comments about this:1) It is not uncommon to need more than 1 course of Accutane. A number of factors contribute to the daily dosage, duration of treatment, and decision when to end the course. Your weight is one of those factors, but not the only one...
