I went to my Dermatologist, (Dr. Sally Booth) for my regular skin care check and while sitting out in the waiting room I saw a sign for Ultrashape. So I asked her about it and she told me that I was a candidate for it. I was worried about the pricing, so she worked with me and took a little over 600$ off. When I came in to get the Ultrashape done, it only took an hour. It didn't hurt at all. I got two sessions done and I can definitely see results! I am able to wear a bathing suit CONFIDENTLY for the first time in 20 YEARS!!! I am so happy with my results. Dr. Booth did an amazing job both times. She answered all of my questions, didn't rush me, and took her time while doing the Ultrashape! Her staff was very nice and also answered all my questions as well!
Dr. Booth did my upper eyes 1 year ago and continues to do my Botox injections. She did an amazing job and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I always get compliments on her work, with people telling me how natural my eyes look. As for my Botox injections, she has done a really great job. I am not shy about sharing my experience and everyone always wants to know who I visit for the care and treatment of my face. I also have received peels and laser at this practice and it has really helped the overall look of my aging skin.
Just got a non-cutting double eyelid surgery here and the results are amazing! Dr. Booth is a very friendly and professional doctor. The surgery was short and painless. It took me about a week to fully recover and my eyes look very natural now. In fact, It was even better than I expected. I'd highly recommend this place to everyone.
Thanks Dr. Booth for helping me out with my acne. My face looks so much better after completing a 5 month course of Accutane. I was afraid my face would scar but it didn’t. I had been on every oral and topical acne medication before you. The staff is very helpful and nice and aren't rude if you have sizing questions!
I agree that a patient does not have to have peeling in order for Tretinoin to be effective. Tretinoin comes in different strengths (0.025%, 0.05%, and 0.1%) and I'm not certain of the strength that you are currently using. I recommend that you consult with a board-certified dermatologist in your area to be evaluated. If you are applying a milder strength, the board-certified dermatologist after evaluation may suggest a stronger strength. I hope this helps.
Tretinoin can be used indefinitely in you are not pregnant. Tretinoin is a retinoid and is an excellent option in giving yourself a fresher more youthful appearance. Tretinoin irritates the skin causing it to peel and allowing new cell growth because of the rapid turnover of old cells . Tretinoin can reduce fine wrinkles, areas of darkened skin color, and rough areas in sun-damaged skin. I recommend that patients use Tretinoin at night because it can make individuals sun-sensitive. I also recommend sun screen during the day because of the use of Tretinoin and also because even if you weren't using Tretinoin is prevents sun damage to the skin. I hope that helps.
Tazorac is safe to use indefinitely unless you are planning on becoming pregnant or are pregnant. If you are planning on becoming pregnant, discontinue 2 weeks prior to attempting pregnancy because Tazorac is a category X medication in pregnancy. Tazorac is an excellent choice for the treatment of acne and the prevention of acne. In my experience, Tazorac has benefited some of my patients with photodamage on their face from the sun. I hope this helps.
Yes, you may apply the Noritate first and then your make-up. I agree that a mineral based powder is good. I have also found that a green and yellow tint make-up may also be helpful in neutralizing the red color.
Yes, it is okay to use these two medications together. Sulfacet R contains an antibacterial agent, to kill acne-causing bacteria, and a drying agent which promotes shedding of the top layer of skin, in order to unclog pores. Tazorac is a retinoid. Retinoids can unclog pores and with continued use prevent dead cells from clogging pores. Once the pores are unclogged it then allows other medications, like the Sulfacet R, to enter the hair shaft and fight any underlying infection.
