Do I have symastia or has my implant left its pocket? (Photos)

I had breast inplants in january 2023 after volume loss caused by pregnancy. I was a 34DD before my surgery and didnt want to increase my breast size i requested an uplift however my surgeon insisted i never needed one and suggested a larger inplant to fill the upper pole. He fitted 350 and 375cc which took me to a 34G which is far to big for in my opinion. They have always been to close together which i find uncomfortable wearing a wired bra. For the past 18 months my left implant can move to the right side when prompted And when lying down it moves about when my right implant doesn’t.
