Is 415cc the biggest implant my chest could hold or could I have gone bigger without looking top heavy? (Photos)

Question

On order: Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 415cc Smooth Round HP going UTM. 5’2 127-128lbs (6m pp) 15BWD 36A/B (deflated after breastfeeding 3 babies) Surgery is scheduled July 18th. I’m concerned I’m going to want bigger since it’s going UTM. But I don’t want to be top heavy since I’m short.

I like to judge the overall look of a certain implant size using sizers. It seems a 415 mL implant might sit comfortably on your chest wall. Depending on the overall look you are going for, a larger implant could be considered. A board-certified plastic surgeon could surely help you with this decision.

Based on the measurements that you provided, I definitely think that you could go larger and not look top heavy.

I recommend an in person consultation where you can try on sizers to help determine size.

Thanks for your question and the photos you provided. A 400 cc is a very common size and what you are seeing daily on Instagram and Reality TV. Since you are on the petite size, a 415cc implant sounds about right for your height and weight. Thanks for your question. I would recommend checking out a provider who uses a 3D imaging system to help give you a better idea of just what your chest would look like after various implant choices. In my mind, based on your photos and measurements, I suspect you will find the ones you mentioned a bit too large if you are not wanting a "top-heavy" appearance.
