On order: Natrelle Inspira SoftTouch 415cc Smooth Round HP going UTM. 5’2 127-128lbs (6m pp) 15BWD 36A/B (deflated after breastfeeding 3 babies) Surgery is scheduled July 18th. I’m concerned I’m going to want bigger since it’s going UTM. But I don’t want to be top heavy since I’m short.

Answer: Breast 3D imaging options I would recommend checking out a provider who uses a 3D imaging system to help give you a better idea of just what your chest would look like after various implant choices. In my mind, based on your photos and measurements, I suspect you will find the ones you mentioned a bit too large if you are not wanting a "top-heavy" appearance.
