Natrelle 210 cc moderate profile. Want to go bigger but only in width - advice? (photos)

Cleavage can't be created by an implant, instead cleavage is either from breasts that are naturally close together, or breasts that are pushed together by a bra. You have a bit of a wide sternum, so no matter the implant size or width, your breasts will not be close together and it will be hard for you to have cleavage. If you place a wider implant, the implant will also extend further to the outside of your chest, in order to keep your nipple centered.
If you are happy with the size of your breasts now, I would not recommend another surgery.

Based on the photo you shared but not knowing your measurements, I believe that you could choose a larger cc amount but go down in profile so that you have a wider implant to help improve your cleavage.

I recommend seeing your plastic surgeon in person to discuss your goals and get realistic expectations.

Thanks for your question and the photo you provided. It is doubtful you will ever have cleavage, unfortunately. Unless you wear a push up bra. Implants can not change the prior “footprint” of your breast. Prior to your initial breast augmentation your breasts were already set far apart on your chest. A wider implant may cause your implant to fall into your armpit. I would stick the implants you have now. Good luck.

Thanks for your question! If you like the projection but want more cleavage, the logical choice would be a low plus profile. I might suggest something in the 235-250cc range. Good luck!
