This difference in volume and diameter is going to be very minimal. It really takes a 50-75cc difference before you’d really notice anything at that size implant. Opt for the larger size as most women come back later asking for larger implants.

You will not see a substantial difference in your breasts with either implant so it comes down to personal preference. The smaller implant will always look more natural, but many patients postoperatively wish they had gone a little larger. I would anticipate a good aesthetic outcome from either implant so I would not stress over this decision.
