I have very little breast tissue and am seeking the most natural look possible. My doctor told me Natrelle SRM would be most natural because the moderate profile has less upper pole fullness associated with the fake look and it's the least cohesive so it'll settle into a more natural shape. Sientra seems to be a safer, superior product though. Is this the case and if so is the Sientra HSC MP comparable aesthetically or is it much more cohesive, settling into a less natural shape?
