I have very little breast tissue and am seeking the most natural look possible. My doctor told me Natrelle SRM would be most natural because the moderate profile has less upper pole fullness associated with the fake look and it's the least cohesive so it'll settle into a more natural shape. Sientra seems to be a safer, superior product though. Is this the case and if so is the Sientra HSC MP comparable aesthetically or is it much more cohesive, settling into a less natural shape?

L is the name brand for most Allergan implants. These range from saline implants to silicone implants of different silicone types. They have a number of different silicone gel fills, and most of these are considered the so-called gummy bear type.
Overall, these two implants you mentioned are very close in shape and dimension. Actually, the vollumes are only about 3 tablespoons different. If your plastic surgeon recommended a certain size, that might not necessarily mean the other implant would not give a good result.
