Thanks for your quesiton. The word "natural" means different things to different people. Generally speaking, 650cc implants aren't "natural" but if you tried them on and liked the look, then you will be happy! If you are looking for a smoother transition and natural upper pole, a moderate profile might be a better fit. Good luck!
The width of your breast matters little when you choose an implant whose size will force your nipple areolar complex downward into an unattractive position on the breast mound. There's more to biodimensional analysis than matching implant diameter to breast width. 'Natural' is a very personal opinion, but in my eye you'd look far from natural, and unfortunately abnormal with that sized implant (way to full upper pole, low lying nipples).
I try to match the width of the implant to the width of the woman. Beyond that it is her choice for low, medium, or high profile. Curious, why the SSF? They are lots more expensive and feel the exact same as the SRF...(close your eyes and have one of each put in separate hands and see if you can tell them apart)Good Luck!

Thanks for your question! It is not uncommon to get different recommendations from different surgeons. Ultimately, you need to decide based on your goals. You are very petite so you don't need a lot of implant to get a nice breast shape/size. I would suggest sharing "wish" photos with both...
