38b pre surgery. Would 650cc allegan natrelle ssf silicone implant be considered to big? Base measured at 14.5cm. Wanting a still full natural look.

Thank you for your question regarding implant sizing. A 520cc implant and 560cc implant are not the same. There is a 40cc difference between the two sizes in question. Not only is there a volume amount difference, but there is also a profile difference. As stated in your question, the 520cc...

Thanks for your question! It is not uncommon to get different recommendations from different surgeons. Ultimately, you need to decide based on your goals. You are very petite so you don't need a lot of implant to get a nice breast shape/size. I would suggest sharing "wish" photos with both...

The extra high profile implants are quite round and unnatural in cases where a woman doesn't have a lot of tissue to hide the bag. The SRF implants are a nice compromise and a mid to high 300 cc implant would be attractive.

Sizes are often called to choose. Doctors use the diameter of your breast and amount of breast tissue and other factors trying to help patients decide. Your doctor may have an excellent and important reason for his advice. A second opinion by another surgeon could be considered.
