Natrelle implant 320cc soft touch low plus profile was recommended to me at my consultation, my breast width is 13 diameter . I’m currently am 39 years old with deflated 36 C/D, 5’4” 166 pounds athletic build. Would moderate 375cc make a big difference.

Thanks for your question! It is not uncommon to get different recommendations from different surgeons. Ultimately, you need to decide based on your goals. You are very petite so you don't need a lot of implant to get a nice breast shape/size. I would suggest sharing "wish" photos with both...

The extra high profile implants are quite round and unnatural in cases where a woman doesn't have a lot of tissue to hide the bag. The SRF implants are a nice compromise and a mid to high 300 cc implant would be attractive.
