It's been 10 days since my FUE surgery, all scabs are gone and it's pretty good healing process. When can I go back to the pool for swimming ? I really miss the pool. Does Chlorine water have any effect ? I will wear a cap before I enter the pool.

Time, my friend. The steroids will probably help the most. Skip the witch hazel. For some patients the redness lasts months - it just depends on the patient's skin type. It will go away with time, though.Good Luck!
A-Cell has worked well for my patients in promoting scar healing and minimizing them as well. Most scar medicines like the ones you listed don't have studies to prove their effectiveness. But I don't believe any of them would cause harm, so if you feel as if they may help you go for it.
