Looks different in light..why is that?im self concious about it so please answer & my case is one of interesting ones....i dont know how my nose actually looks to people..it looks perfect in one pic & big in another pic..why is that & how do i make it look like one all the time

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your
photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can
accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your
lower nose.  Make sure you specifically look at before and after
pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon
and not just a computer animation system. The most important
aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

Your nose is the same nose in all lights.  If you think you would like to modify it in any manner, then you should seek help from an experienced surgeon.  Examination and measurements in person are required for proper planning.  You would benefit greatly from speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon.
