I have many issues with my nose. From the front, my nose is wide, crooked and has a very bulbous tip. From the profile it is large, with a slight hump and there isn't as much angular definition between my nose and forehead as I would like. I also have thick, middle eastern skin. Can rhinoplasty address most of my problems or would I have to focus on 1 or 2 problems? I know the thickness of my skin would be a limitation to my results and a septoplasty is a priority to fix my breathing problems

Answer: Thick skin? Hi there. Thanks for the question and defining the issues so well. There is nothing that you present that can't be improved, particularly dorsum, septum, breathing, tip projection. Standard open rhinoplasty will address all of this in experienced hands.Thick skin means that some of the relationships need to be exaggerated a little, and definition will be a little disguised, but you sound realistic and need to speak to an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.I hope this helps.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Rhinoplasty would work well to address your hump, to a lesser extent width and bulbous tip correction. Your thick skin will have some limitations on the end result. To further balance your face you could also consider a chin implant as you are out of proportion with a 'weak chin'. This would also make your nose look smaller. Overall as long as you are realistic it would be worth proceeding. All the best.
