But people under the age group of 18 years to 80 years usually options for hair transplantation as the symptoms of balding and spot balding occur within this span of life. I wish you all the best.

A doctor usually needs to exam a patient, diagnose a problem (of why you are losing your hair), then needs to understand the goals and expectations of a patient before giving them options or treatment plan.If your hair loss is in its early stages, you may RISK increased hair loss if you go ahead with a surgery.  If you don't have good donor hair, then surgery may not be an option. These are things you need to discuss with a doctor in person. Body hair may be an option but that is also something you need to discuss with your doctor in person.

Any doctor that does a hair transplant on a 19 year old would be guilty of malpractice. The first thing you need to do is to get a doctor to examine you and if he makes the diagnosis of genetic balding, put you on the drug finasteride which can reverse hair loss in someone of your age. That is the only thing you should do. Don't be foolish and rush to get a life changing experience before you are ready.

Usually most doctors don't do hair transplant until the pattern and cause of your hair loss is established.  But iam sure there  are some doctors that would do it, you need to make inquiry and fins out.
