Depending on your age, he/she may advise that you wait until you are post-puberty. In may cases, gynecomastia will resolve on it's own, however if it doesn't, surgery is the only option for permanently decreasing your breasts.

Answer: Adolescent gynecomastia While many young men have transient fullness of the Breast tissue behind the nipples, it sounds like you have much more than that. I agree with the others here that you should go with one or both of your parents to your pediatrician for an assessment and make sure a hormonal imbalance is not the root cause of your problem. If it is not, then see a board certified plastic surgeon. One of us can correct this through a variety of surgical options. I hope this helps.
