Is a lift revision alone what is recommended to fix my waterfall deformity without lowering the implants? (photo)

Hello, I had a full anchor lift with implants done back on 06/27/2024. I am now 7 months post op. Since about two weeks post op my breasts have always had the waterfall look falling off the implants with the implants sitting high. I thought that eventually the implant would drop into place but it hasnt changed much. I had a post op and my surgeon suggests skin tightening to redo the lift and bring up my nipple. Is redoing lift alone the suggested procedure? I feel like the implants sit high.
