20M My main concern is width/fullness of my face. Despite me being in lower bound of normal BMI, it lacks 'definition'. I'd like to know whether in my case buccal fat removal would help slim my face, and shape into more of an oval form and if there are also other options I should consider like injections.

Young patients in their early 20s who have facial fullness despite having a low to normal BMI could benefit from buccal fat removal. This procedure removes the fullness in the lower face, helping to create a thinner, more V-shaped face, ultimately enhancing facial definition. For the best results, it is important for patients to have high cheekbones, as they provide the foundation for a chiseled look. If young patients do not have high cheekbones, cheekbone augmentation, usually with fillers, is recommended at the same time as the procedure to achieve a chiseled appearance.

Based on your pictures you appear to be a good candidate for Buccal fat removal to reduce the fullness in the cheeks by removing a portion of the buccal fat pad and achieve a more sculpted and defined facial appearance, also, combine with chin/jaws liposuction to improve the harmony of the face

I would not recommend removing your buccal fat. You are still very young and I can already see that you are starting to hollow out in the region of the buccal fat, so to remove them on you would definitely steer you toward being too gaunt as you age. You actually have much more definition on your face than probalby you realize and primarily your concerns are likely due to the benefits of being young and having plump supple skin and good volume of your face.
