Fluid build up (seroma) in the lower lumbar(sacral) area, after liposuction. Is this normal? Worried please help.

I had liposuction to my flanks, thighs, sacral area, also a tummy tuck, 3 weeks ago. Now I have fluid build up(seroma) in the sacral area. Dr aspirated it yesterday. But today it's back.  Should I be concerned?  What can I do to stop the fluid build up?
