I had fat grafts to my cheekbones 15+ years ago, They’re round rather vs angular (feminizing) and cause facial distortion & asymmetry when I smile. I’m athletic/not overweight. Was wondering what r best options to reduce? Morpheus8? SofWave? AirSculpt? Other? I’m hoping for something effective, not overly drastic/invasive (to avoid the possibility of creating new issues), and as safe as possible. Any thoughts? Thx.

The procedure is fickle, unpredictable and can be unforgiving.
Personally I don’t see why you feel you need to add volume to your face.
