Over the last couple years I have lost a seemingly significant amount of volume on my forehead, front scalp, and temple area. I would like to fill these areas and avoid dark shadows caused by overhead lighting. My biggest concern is getting it done right with long-lasting pleasant results

Unless you have a very clear understanding of what you’re trying to achieve I wouldn’t go out and just get facial fat transfer.
The procedure is fickle, unpredictable and can be unforgiving.
