Unfortunately, it is not possible to see your forehead and brows to decide whether brow lift is needed. While placement of fat in temple, lateral brow area, to create youthful fulness and, visually, brow elevation, may be a nice addition to facial and periorbital fat grafting, it is not replacement for brow lift, when needed. Consultation with your surgeon in this regard should be done before face lift surgery. Good luck.
Only 1 side view posted photo! so very hard to recommend adding additional parts to your planned operations. Best to see your chosen surgeon NOW. Personally, I would add either minor brow lift or fat grafting to temple areas or both. Fees will be added.
Some of the year top senior plastic surgeons who have big names when it comes to facial aesthetics Afton do more comprehensive facial procedures for facial aging recognizing that all aspects of the face typically age together. having a more youthful looking jawline bud hooding of the upper eyelids with a lower set brow and enlarging for head still gives away someone’s ageAddressing all aspects of the aging face with a more gentle touch rather than going all out with only one procedure tends to give high quality results. There are many things to be discussed and assessed and a brow lift it’s not just a brow lift. You can alter your hairline position and it requires more than a single picture to decide. When I can tell you is that you should go back and have another meeting with your surgeon before your facelift to talk about this more thoroughly.Perhaps your surgeon has already recommended it in which case you already have your answer from the person doing the procedure. To me brown lifts are not done often enough. Especially hairline incision brow lifts that reduce the size of the foreheadAdding fat depends on the scale of your surgeon. Conservative diffuse overall volume is in many ways and essential part of facial age restoration. As long as it’s done well it is highly appropriate.Fat is not good for adding very precise amount of volume in small areas but can be very good for giving diffuse overall volume.Facial fat transfer is highly operator dependent.Best,Mats Hagstrom MD
Lower eyelid lifting with canthoplasty can help. Fat injection can't solve scleral show problem. Best Regards
My suggestion is that you have filler placed by someone who also does fat grafting and even mid face lifting. Now you have a situation where everything does not "look like a nail" and you will get the best option available and not the only option available. If you have never had any mid face...
Thank you for the photos, When we age, our heart shaped faces turn into peanut heads. Then, eggs (bottom heavy). Much of this is a result of fat loss. Grafting fat to the upper third of the face will restore a more youthful, top heavy face of youth.
