I would definitely start with buccal fat removal, once the buccal curves are created you might not need any volume in your chin.
Patients interested in slimming their face may think that either chin filler or buccal fat removal may help to achieve that goal.Chin filler elongates the chin to give a more defined jawline. However, it doesn't affect the overall appearance of the lower face fullness. Buccal fat removal, by removing the fullness of the lower anterior cheeks, indeed allows the face to become and look thinner without prominent chin or chin fillers. To have an idea if buccal fat removal could make the face thinner, consider watching the video below.John Mesa, MDBuccal Fat Removal Specialist
You could definitely from buccal fat removal. This will help to reduce some of the fullness in your cheeks. You have good jawline definition. You may also consider jawline lipo which is done above the jawline and will help to further reduce the lower cheek fullness and tighten the contour. Chin filler is a good temporary option but you will need multiple syringes and yearly touchups. Depending on what you are looking for, a genioplasty may be an option as well. Your chin is "short" compared to the rest of your face, and by bringing your chin forward and down, we would create more projection and better facial balance. The entire procedure is done through your mouth so there are no external incisions (no outside scarring). Our office provides simulated morph photos of expected outcomes and we are happy to schedule a virtual or in-person consult to discuss things further!
Thank you for your question and photos. You would likely benefit more from buccal fat removal. This procedure can improve your cheek and jawline definition while reducing facial roundness to create a more sculpted face shape overall. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They will be able to discuss your concerns and goals with you to help you decide on the best treatment option.
You have a beautiful face but could consider a buccal fat removal, chin augmentation (filler or implant), and possible Botox or Dysport injections into your masseter muscles. Best to have a consultation in person to assess.Best wishes,Thomas Walker, MD, FACS470-900-3223@drthomaswalker
You have a very attractive look, and both of your concerns are reasonable. To reduce the fullness of the cheeks, buccal fat removal would seem the best choice. We've done that under local anesthesia in the office (20 minutes long) for years so that's an easy option. For your chin, a small chin implant (again an in office quick procedure), or an injection is a good answer.
It has been our experience that most of the patients undergoing buccal fat removal do not achieve expected, visible change! There are few good candidates that may see reasonable change but decision to performe surgery should be based on in person consultation and frank discussion about outcome. Small chin augmentation with filler would help. Good luck.
Based on your pictures, I would personally do a light buccal fat removal.Of course, an “in person” exam is necessary.I hope this helps, best of luck !
Based on the very nicely posted photos, I recommend BOTH! Buccal fat removal with Vollux 2 syringes of HA filler for chin. Fee $5,000+. Best to virtual consult with....
Small pockets of fat around the lips or the corners of the mouth, usually called perioral mounds, are not secondary to enlarged buccal fat pads. They are usually secondary to enlarged modiolus (confluence of the muscles of the face on he lips). Therefore, buccal fat removal does not address this...
I would recommend wisdom teeth go first, especially if they are bugging you. Medical before cosmetic. It depends on how how fast you heal and if there are any post op complications. You should wait till the incisions is fully healed and there are no sutures left. To be on the safe side, I would...
Thank you for submitting your question and photos. You appear to be a candidate for buccal fat removal to create a less rounded face shape. This procedure improves cheek and jawline definition for a more sculpted and youthful appearance. Since you seem to have strong cheekbones and sufficient...
