I'm thinking of getting buccal fat removal and wondering if it's possible to transfer buccal fats to lips. I have a downturned mouth and it's especially visible from the side and I feel like the fat makes the corners of my lips sag even more. I prefer something more permanent, but not anything that'll cause visible scars like lip lift. I just need something to lift and lengthen the corners of my mouth. Pic 4 is what i'm trying to achieve and the last 2 are models/examples
