Great question and thanks for the photos. It is crucial for you to realize that you cannot actually change the skeletal anatomy you were born with -- and so the bones of your cheeks cannot be made like the "ideal" photo you included since you are not him! However, you seem to have nice features and certainly cheek augmentation could be performed. During a consult with an expert you could review what will help you best, and I would caution you against counting the "number of syringes" and focus more on what you wish to achieve.Importantly, more than an online forum, you need an in-person consultation with a board-certified, MD, with extensive experience in plastic surgery and facial rejuvenation. Avoid looking for "deals" and avoid nurses, non-doctors, or doctors without plastic surgical training -- they cannot help you but might sell you things you do not need. Facial shaping and sculpting is quite an artistic endeavor and you need a master to achieve the best results. Best of luck in your search. Many patients seek me out from great distances for my expertise, but you are also in Beverly Hills with many wonderful aesthetic surgeons near you. Damon B.
