Blister like lump 5 weeks after Juvederm. Can this be camouflaged with additional filler or does it need to be dissolved?

Pictures Show five week progression. First visit was 1ml of Juvederm. I noticed the blister like lump when closing my lips. Second visit was 0.5 of volbella. The lump is even larger and now noticeable in certain lighting. The practice suggested that this was a result of me possibly biting my lip? I do not bite my lips. Looking back it appears to have been there the whole time. Is this something that can be camouflaged with additional filler or would you recommend dissolving?
