Would allergies to penicillin and Metformin interfere with Juvederm?

I was suppose to get juvaderm lip injections today. Ended up calling the day before to make sure a steroid and antibiotic I’m currently taking for strep throat would not have a reaction to the injections. They said because I’m allergic to penicillin and metformin (Swelling of mouth and throat) that I was no longer a candidate for injections
