Hi there. Been four months since septorhinoplasty with septum straightening, spreader graft, minor tip work, turbinate reduction, minor bridge work (rasping on left and cartilage on right to even out), no osteomy. After four months of recovery, can the cartilage used for spreader graft, tip work or minor bridge work move with physical manipulation or are they solid and completely attached by this time? Really appreciate your answers.
