Can minor hits/hits by objects with not much weight change the nose shape/distort it/cause a dorsal hump/deviated septum?

It doesn't sound like any of the type of contact to your nose you have experience would be sufficient to cause any damage.  If you got significant damage, it would be pretty painful.  Hope this helps.

Your nose is built to absorb a lot of impact and small bumps and hits will not change its shape. If that were the case, it should be even easier to correct it simply by pushing or molding it.  The minor hits that you're talking about cannot break the nose. It takes a lot of force to physically break the nasal bones and displace them.

Dear Jayceonshane, The normal activities that happen in daily life, including kissing, laundry mishaps, babies arms, etc are not a concern for hurting your nose. Breaking the nose with a hard impact can cause a deviated septum however the dorsal hump is your genetic nasal anatomy. If your nose appearance bothers you this can be addressed with rhinoplasty surgery.
