As I had a very bulbous tip and slight droop. As soon as my cast had been taken off I noticed a difference but 5 months on and it looks exactly the same as it did before the surgery. I know it swells up but will it still be swollen after 5 months? I cannot see much difference or change :(

You have not reached your final shape as the nose will continue to heal and reduce in size for up to a year. Once it does reach its final shape you may be more pleased with the appearance of your nose.

Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure. However, give yourself some time before going back in so some of it can subside. It can take up to a year for final results.
